Here’s how it works:
- Step 1: Book your spot. We recommend claiming your spot ahead of time.
- Step 2: Time to design your cookie! Arrive 5-10 minutes early.
- Step 3: Meet with your Milk Bar baker, who will help you choose the perfect combo of cookie dough and mix-ins. Not sure what you want? Taste along the way!
- Step 4: Watch as your cookie is mixed, shaped and baked — or take a stroll around the store (we’ll buzz you).
- Step 5: Your 8-inch cookie pops out hot and fresh. Yippee!

- • This experience requires no cooking on your part! If you’d like a more hands-on experience, check out our Classes.
- • You can pre-book your experience up to 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings can be made via walk-in.
- • Each Build-A-Cookie spot includes one 8-inch cookie. Only ONE cookie may be made per 30 minute time slot. If you wish to design two cookies, please book two separate time slots.
- • Please be sure to share any allergies or dietary restrictions with us 7 days in advance of your slot by contacting help@milkbarstore.com!
- • Feel free to bring a friend, but no large groups, please!
- • If you can’t make it, you can cancel by contacting our support team at least 24 hours before your booking for a full refund (no-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable).
